The hotel's prime location next to the Steffisalp Express made exploring the area effortless, while the spacious and modern rooms provided a comfortable retreat. The spa facilities, including two saunas, an infrared sauna, and a steam room, were impressively relaxing.What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff, who were not only kind and friendly but also attentive to every detail. The restaurant's waiting service was superb, enhancing the already outstanding dinner and breakfast choices. Additionally, the option to create personal juices at the juicer and the array of high-quality loose-leaf teas added a unique touch to the experience, showcasing a level of thoughtfulness I rarely encounter in hotels.Steffisalp exceeded my high expectations in every way, making my stay unforgettable.
